A new regulation arrives. Tuntas works out what it changes here.

For Compliance and Legal at Indonesian financial institutions. Name the regulation, upload the documents you have, and Tuntas returns the gap analysis obligation by obligation — every conclusion pointing to the article and the document it rests on.

Tuntas is an analysis tool, not legal advice.

Fictional company, real regulation.

The work you already know.

A new OJK regulation can run to two hundred articles or more. Someone has to work out what changed, what it means for this company, which SOPs, policies, agreements and terms have to be updated, who updates them, and by when — by hand, in between everything else, and then again when the units send their revisions back.

The examiner reads the documents.
The SOPs against the regulation, then the practice against the SOPs. Each gap between them is a finding.
Findings carry consequences.
Administrative sanctions, reputational cost, suspension of business activities, and a supervisory record the Board of Commissioners answers for.
The deadline does not wait for capacity.
The regulation sets it. Business as usual takes the weeks in between, and the work surfaces with a month to go.
One person answers for what was missed.
No deadline and no obligatory action can be something the company learns about later — and the Board has to hear it from them first.

Now hand it to Tuntas.

You give it the regulation you name — that is all, Tuntas finds the one it replaces and the official sources itself — and whatever company documents exist today: SOPs, policies, procedures, agreements, terms, evidence. What is missing becomes a request, not a blocker.

Tuntas returns

  • A memorandum for the Board, firstso they hear the new regulation from you, and hear it today
  • Every obligation of the new regulation, beside the provision it replaces
  • A gap analysis: met, not met, partly met, or not assessable yet — each with its reason, and a named request where the evidence is missing
  • Contradictions between your own documents, with both sources
  • The specific change, in the specific document, with an owner
  • The revision itself, drafted for your review — old text, new text, the article it rests on
  • Deadlines, passed ones first, and one page of what is still open

One regulation, from arrival to close.

  1. Name the regulation

Tuntas lists the documents it expects to need. Upload what exists.

  2. Tuntas analyses

It reads the new regulation against every document you uploaded, obligation by obligation.

  3. Your team reviews

Approve, edit the wording, or send it back. Supply what was asked for and the affected obligations are re-analysed.

  4. Fix the documents

Your units revise, or Tuntas drafts the revision for them. Either way it is checked point by point against the article it was meant to satisfy.

  5. Conclude

What remains, who acts next, by when. The conclusion records the position, open items included.

No conclusion without its article and its document.

Where the documents do not answer, Tuntas says so and asks. It does not guess, and it does not pick a side between two of your own documents.

Five conclusions, and no sixth.

MET
The documents show how the obligation is satisfied, and name where.
NOT MET
The documents show it is not satisfied. The specific change and the specific document follow.
PARTLY MET
Part of it is evidenced; the rest is not, and is carried as an open item.
CANNOT BE ASSESSED YET
The evidence is not in the documents supplied. Tuntas asks for what it needs, by name, and says why. It is never read as a breach.
DOES NOT APPLY
The obligation does not bind this company, and the reason is always stated.

Tuntas concludes according to the documents. Your officer decides.

The judgment stays with Compliance. Tuntas states a position and the evidence under it; your officer runs the sanity check that only experience can run, edits what needs editing, and decides. Nothing closes by a click alone.

Tuntas is an analysis tool. It does not certify compliance and it does not give legal advice. Every decision is logged with a name and a time, so the record shows who accepted what, and on what.

What you receive.

The memorandum that goes out the same day, the matter it came from, and one page of everything still open.

The Board memo — editable, downloadable as Word, printable as PDF. What you tell the Board with, and what the units are briefed from.
Everything still open, in one place: what is unanswered, what is unrevised, and which deadlines have already passed.

Two packages, priced per regulation.

Analysis
Everything above. Your teams revise the documents themselves, and Tuntas checks every revision they submit, point by point: satisfied, still open, wrong article cited, new problems introduced.
Analysis + Drafting
Tuntas also drafts each revision — old text, new text, the article it rests on. Review it, edit it, download it as Word. If the analysis or the document changes, the draft is flagged and redone.

One regulation is one matter, from the day it arrives to the day the position is recorded. Scope and effort vary with the regulation, the number of documents, and the package.

What a deployment includes.

The regulation, and the one it revokes
Both held with their official source record, and Tuntas states which is in force. No conclusion is ever drawn on a revoked provision.
Your documents, and nothing else
Procedures, policies, agreements and terms — never your customers' personal data. Encrypted, visible to your organisation only, deleted on request.
Where it runs is a decision
The jurisdiction a deployment sits in is scoped with you before anything is uploaded.
Bahasa Indonesia, end to end
The register, the memo and the requests are written in the language the work is reviewed and filed in.

Tuntas claims no regulator approval, and coverage is scoped per regulation. It is an analysis tool: it does not certify compliance and it does not give legal advice.

Walk through a completed example.

A real regulation, analysed end to end against a fictional company's documents — the register, the requests, the contradiction, the drafted revisions, the memo. About twenty minutes, and you will know whether it resembles the work your team does.

One line is enough.
