Software for work that has to be right.

Kaibre builds and operates its own products, builds products with domain partners, and takes on a small number of commissioned systems. All of it is in production, and all of it is still ours to run.

Built, operated, and supported by us

Founder-led, and still running what we built.

The person you talk to first is the person responsible for the work, and the people who designed a system are the ones operating it a year later. That is the arrangement, not an upsell.

Where this comes from

Our founders have built and run systems where being wrong is expensive — designing the data schemas behind them, and running the migrations that moved live patient and claims data.

  • Fortune 500 companies
  • Government environments
  • Healthcare and prescription insurance

We stay responsible for what we build.

  1. 01

Start with the work, not the technology.

The first conversations are about how the work is done now, who does it, what it costs, and what happens when it goes wrong. Architecture comes after that.

  2. 02

Build for production from the first week.

Isolation, data handling, failure behaviour, and review steps are design decisions — not a hardening phase bolted on at the end.

  3. 03

Keep the person in the decision.

Our systems draft, classify, retrieve, and prepare. Where the outcome carries consequence, a person reviews and approves it. We design for that explicitly rather than treating it as a disclaimer.

  4. 04

    Stay after launch.

We operate what we build. Ongoing responsibility is the normal arrangement, not an upsell.

What happens to the documents you give us.

Our customers hand us the material their business runs on — internal procedures, policies, evidence, and in some systems customer records. How that material is held, and where, is a design decision we make before the first line of code rather than a policy we write afterwards.

Your data is yours
Stored encrypted, visible to your organisation only, used for nothing else, and deleted on request.
Isolation by default
Each deployment has its own database and administrator-created accounts. There is no public sign-up, and no shared tenancy between customers unless a customer asks for it.
Where it runs is a decision
Some of our customers work under rules about which jurisdiction their data may sit in. Which region a deployment runs in is scoped with you before anything is uploaded, rather than assumed.
No integration required
Our systems are designed to be useful without touching yours. Where an integration is wanted it is scoped and agreed; it is never a precondition.
A record of who decided what
Where a person approves something, the approval is logged with a name and a time. That record is part of the product, not an add-on.

These describe how we build and operate. They are not a certification, and we do not present them as one.

Some products need a partner who knows the room.

We build software. We do not pretend to have thirty years inside a regulator, an audit practice, or a trading floor.

For some products the strongest structure is a partnership: Kaibre contributes product strategy, engineering, and technical delivery; the partner contributes domain expertise, market access, and commercial execution. Both sides are building a durable product rather than billing a project.

Tell us about the work.

If something in your operation is expensive, slow, and important, describe it in a paragraph. It reaches the person who would be responsible for building it.
